Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AquaTrack application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to download and use the AquaTrack mobile application on your device subject to the following conditions:

  • The App is licensed, not sold, to you.
  • You may not modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the App.
  • You may not use the App for any illegal purpose.
  • You may not redistribute the App without written permission.

3. Subscription Service

AquaTrack offers auto-renewable subscription options. By subscribing:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
  • No refund will be provided for the unused portion of any term.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant AquaTrack a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

AquaTrack shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Changes to Terms

AquaTrack reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the App following changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AquaTrack operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
